The second of the Cat Series. If you want an art quilt, trace this outline design onto fabric using a light box. You may use the 13 x 13 size or resize smaller or larger. You have permission to change the size for personal use but not to be used for resale and profit. We suggest a variety of art quilt techniques.

Options:

1) Paint the fabric using Jacquard paints. Heat set the paint with an iron after the paint dries. Then quilt on lines and/or within the areas on a longarm or domestic sewing machine.

2) Fill in each area of fabric by couching on yarn.

3) Fuse applique into each area and stitch or couch around the lines.

4) Trace the image onto monk’s cloth and use wool to rug hook or use yarn for Oxford punch method. THE LAST IMAGE SHOWS A FINISHED OXFORD PUNCH piece.

Use this downloadable 13 x 13 PDF outline to trace the image using a Sharpie onto fabric, monk’s cloth, or use your choice for other techniques. Your purchase includes the downloadable outline, a full-color page, and a color code sheet. Print this in tiled format and tape pages together to make your pattern .
